COJOMÉ to Eat Write & Relax

Welcome to COJOMÉ

To Eat Write & Relax

                                                       What is COJOME?

                                                       CO = Cooking

                                                       JO = Journaling

                                                       ME = Meditation

Cooking + Journaling + Meditation = COJOMÉ

* Learn how to make fabulous healthy desserts for yourself, family and friends.

journaling exercises, and a quiet meditation before indulging in the sensual pleasure of dessert eating.

What People Are Saying About COJOMÉ

Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to experience the magic of COJOME. The combination of COoking, JOurnaling and MEditation is harmonious, relaxing and uplifting. The workshop is a unique expression of your creativity and your nourishing way to share with people.  And oh, to enjoy the highlight at the end: the tasting of the delicious deserts that we created together under your inspirational and playful guidance. If you want to experience an afternoon away from your busy schedule and do something extraordinary and relaxing, I highly recommend COJOME with Elizabeth.

Elizabeth teaches what I’d call “family style” –  highly improvised and unpretentious.  Refreshing!
